Suddenly on Tuesday November 13, 2018, Shawn Michael Harbison of Boca Raton, Florida passed away unexpectedly, he was 38.
Born in Sweetwater, New Jersey and a longtime resident of South Florida, Shawn is the beloved husband of Luzia Andre'a Carneiro and loving father to, Destiny Angelica Carneiro and Luana Burranco. He is also survived by his mother, Maureen Harbison, father, Keith Hilley, grandmother, Eva Elizabeth Harbison and aunt, Eva Deitz, aunt, Theresa Wise, cousins, Bill Harbison, Nicole Perez, Jason Perez, Eric Wise, and John Flaherty. He will be dearly missed by his many friends in South Jersey.
A kind heart and strong will, Shawn loved the lifestyle of South Florida. He enjoyed spending time at the beach, lifting weights, playing basketball and living the Latin (Brazilian) lifestyle with his wife and family.
A visitation for relatives and friends will be held on Wednesday, November 28th from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. at Horizon Funeral & Cremation Services, 4650 N. Federal Highway, Lighthouse Point, FL 33064. Where a Memorial Service will be held at 7:00 p.m.

Had to say good bye to great guy, customer that LOVED Richies espresso and all the employees and became family for a time !! Don’t think he had enough time to complete his work here on earth. Too many of us will miss you dearly. My brother, my friend for over 30 years. I can still remember the first day we met in first grade, I was going down the slide and you were going up. You were a loyal friend from that day on. I can’t believe your gone. The memories will live on forever, you’ll never be forgotten. All of our time here is short, but your time was cut way to short. I pray that your at peace.
